- General Delivery: All stocked items are dispatched without delay and delivered in a timely fashion, reflecting our commitment to efficiency and customer care. Once a parcel has been picked up from MEDCO by the delivery company, MEDCO has no further influence on the delivery timeframe.
Bespoke Orders
- Customization: Orders with specific uniform colors, trim selections, or embroidery are crafted at our Macroom, Cork facility.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for creation and dispatch of bespoke items.

- Accurate Address: Ensure your delivery address is current and includes your Eircode to prevent routing errors.
- Contact Number: Providing a mobile phone number facilitates accurate and timely delivery.
