Medco stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we hope you are happy with your garment order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise purchased online here, or bring it to our factory.

Below are some basic rules for returns. Items must be purchased on

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. This included uniforms with embroidery.

In order to return an item online, you must have an account with us. This allows us to create a much smoother returns process for you.

At Medco Ltd we offer a range of quality uniforms and accessories at great value and competitive prices. Returns are rare; our team does everything reasonable to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from our online store. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we also operate a ‘No Quibbles’ Returns Policy.

To exchange a garment, customers may avail of our Collect & Returns service with Fastway, which – for less than sending and receiving a parcel through An Post – you can switch sizes without delay.

Please note: failure to include return postage with an item will result in the non-shipment of that item.

Bespoke Orders, which are those with very specific alterations including a different colour uniform, coloured trim or embroidery work, cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure about any aspects of a custom order, please contact us directly in Cork at Lo-Call 1890 930 080 before making the purchase.

Distance selling policy states that customers have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after their purchase.

All goods being returned or exchanged must by unworn, unwashed and returned in the same condition as they were received.

Common return questions

Can I return a custom product?

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Medco products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs. Requests for changes or additional customization or alterations cannot be made for custom products.

Can I get price adjustments for items now on sale?

Online and in-store price adjustments can be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase to receive sale pricing if the exact size and colour are currently in-stock. For more information, call our Customer Service at 026 41681

It is possible to return items online that I bought in your factory store?

No. In-store purchases must be returned at our factory store.
